Class Attendance/Cancelation/Refund Policy

A NEW PERSPECTIVE would wish to accommodate everyone the best way possible but adhering to AHA guidelines and making sure the teaching environment stays conducive to the standard of learning throughout the length of the course,  A NEW PERSPECTIVE has a strict policy and procedure concerning late arrivals, no shows, rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds.

• Late Arrivals - 

  • On-time class attendance is required for every course offered and start times will be strictly adhered to out of respect for the learners. Late arrivals to class will not be accepted, once the course has been initiated no other entry for the course is allowed. In any case of refund, only the fee for the scheduled course will be returned at the predetermined rate below. No refund will be issued for any materials purchased in preparation for any course offered. **We will not issue any refunds or reschedule for late attendance without justified medical/legal reasoning/note.**

• No Shows - 

  • A no-show will be defined as a learner who did neither arrive on time, cancel, or notify within the defined rescheduling time for their assigned session. **We will not issue any refunds. Rescheduling for no-show attendance only with a justified medical/legal reasoning/note.**

• Rescheduling - 

  • Prior to 48 business hours of the day of the class, the learner may reschedule the course without any penalty. 

  • Prior to 24 business hours of the day of the class, the learner may reschedule the course to a different available session with a convenience fee totaling no more than 10% of course enrollment.

  • Within 24 business hours before the day of the course, the learner’s course fee will be forfeited. The learner may not reschedule the course without re-enrollment and repayment.

• Cancellation - 

  • Prior to 48 business hours before the day of the class, the learner is entitled to 75% of the course fee paid.

  • Prior to 24 business hours before the day of the class, The learner is entitled to 50% of the course fee paid.

  • Within 24 business hours of the day of class, the learner forfeits the complete course fee.
